New Patients

We always welcome new patients. We are open 5 days a week with evening and Saturday appointments available to better serve our patients’ busy schedules. All new patients are required to present their insurance card(s) and driver’s license or other photo identification upon their first visit with our office. It is also our patients’ responsibility to bring their referral, if required, with them to our office.

Being well-prepared for your appointment will ensure that the doctor has all of the needed information to provide the best possible care for you. If you have any previous xray, CT or MRI's please bring to your appointment. Otherwise digital xrays will be taken at our office if necessary to diagnose your problem. Being prepared will help relieve any unnecessary anxiety you may be feeling as well as make your appointment move smoothly. Educate yourself on your symptoms by reviewing the content on this Web site. Also, take some time to review our staff page and familarize yourself with the doctor.
